How to refund a ticket on Ctrip

Ctrip travel refund steps:

1. Open the Ctrip app and click on the "train ticket" option. 2. Select "Orders" in the lower right corner of the train ticket interface to see the orders we have paid for. 3. Find the order you want to refund in the order list, click "Refund or Change" in the lower right corner to enter the order details interface. 4. Select the "Refund" option again and click "Confirm Refund" according to the prompts to complete the refund operation. A certain handling fee will be deducted from the refunded ticket according to the distance between the refund time and the departure time.
