Four ancient towns in Xinghua

The four ancient towns in Xinghua are Shagou, Zhaoyang, Laoge and Zhuhong.

1, sand ditch

4. Zhu Hong Town

It is adjacent to Daduo Town in the east, Shenlun Town in the south, Lincheng Town in Duotian Town in the west and Hulin Township in the north. The scenery is average and the climate is not very good.

1, Zhu Hong traditional wooden boat

From the beginning of 5438 to February 2006, the "Wooden Boat Manufacturing Technology" project declared by Zhu Hong Town was successfully selected into the "Jiangsu Intangible Cultural Heritage List". "Bamboo traditional wooden boat skills" was successfully selected into the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.

2. Maoshan chant

Maoshan Haozi originated in Maoshan Town, xinghua city, and is widely spread in He Lixia area in the middle of Jiangsu Province. Most of Mao Shan's songs are led by one person, with questions and answers, echoing each other. The melody of Maoshan Haozi is soothing and plain, the music rhythm is bright and powerful, the singing speed is free, and the singing form is divided and combined, especially the chorus part has formed the unique folk song characteristics of high and low coordination and free singing.
