Wuheng Township is a famous "hometown of culture". Wu Hengxiang is the hometown of calligraphy master Deng. Today, one of the most representative figures in the township is Yang. Yang's paintings and calligraphy works have won many prizes in provincial and national competitions. In the countryside, almost every village has farmers like Yang who love painting and calligraphy.
