The north wind roared and the weather was cold.

Yesterday at 20 17 and 1.8, I participated in the activity of "Unlocking Metro Line 2 in Beijing" organized by Runjia Sports. The starting point of running is Chaoyangmen Station, run around the Second Ring Road and then return to Chaoyangmen Station.

People who love running are not afraid of the cold of March 9 and come to the starting point with great interest. There are two young couples running around, and a foreign couple with their little boy's family. On the way, I ran to the little boy and couldn't help taking pictures of him. The lovely boy realized that I was taking pictures of him, so he turned to me and took pictures with me. The child has a completely westernized face, but he must have lived in China for many years and spoke orthodox Mandarin. He asked me how many kilometers I ran, and I said 24. He praised me: awesome! Said he only ran 10 km.

Yesterday, the weather was fine, and the smog for many days was blown away by the wind, and it was sunny again, which seemed like magic to us runners.

There is a 28-year-old elder sister, multiply by two. She is noodle-shaped, with regular facial features and fast running. I gritted my teeth and followed closely all the way. She was tired, too, but she was all right. Because she can easily finish the whole horse race. Another sister, also at this age, loves to talk and laugh, saying that she just likes to run and jump with young people!

Everyone came together because of the same hobby, and they were familiar with each other as soon as they met, and they were very good to each other. Many people run all horses, and some just finished cross-country running in Yeyahu the day before, and then came to run the second ring of the subway. Some people are injured and have not fully recovered, so they run slowly as a way to resume training. People who run at the same speed naturally become a group and cheer each other up along the way.

There are always people around you who are teaching you experience to help you. Run slowly, don't stop, take a deep breath, and don't gulp water. From time to time, there are enthusiastic passers-by, thumbs up, exclaiming and cheering while admiring!

Because it is not a large-scale formal competition, it is a fitness run in which a few people participate, so they do not pursue speed, but only pay attention to participation.

To borrow a word from the wild duck lake cross-country running, it can be described that in this cold weather on March 9, the running friends are all sweaty, which is such a pride: the north wind blows, the drums beat, and whoever is afraid of the ice and snow!
