Meteorological tree capable of forecasting weather

There is a green bar tree in Xincheng County, Guangxi, with an age of 150 years. Its leaves are dark green on sunny days. When the leaves turn red, it will rain in three days, and after the rain clears, the leaves will return to their original colors.

Coincidentally, in Ye 'an Village, Dapo Township, Rong 'an County, Guangxi, there is an unknown tree more than ten meters high and as thick as a bucket. Leaves are usually green. Every time it turns sunny and rainy for a long time, the leaves turn red; Leaves turn red in light rain and red in heavy rain. After a day or two of rain, the leaves turned green. There are also omens before the long rain clears up: reddish leaves symbolize that the rainy day is about to pass, and red leaves tell people that the dry elephant is about to appear. After the weather cleared up for a day or two, the leaves turned green again. Therefore, locals are used to watching the color changes of the leaves to forecast the weather, prevent drought and waterlogging, or take rain or shine equipment when going out.
