During the emergency response to heavy polluted weather, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited within the administrative area of this Municipality.

Enterprises and individuals engaged in fireworks business, in violation of the provisions of article seventh of these measures, operate (including storage) fireworks prohibited from being sold in this Municipality, and the safety production supervision and management department shall order them to make corrections. Engaged in fireworks retail business, punishable by a fine of more than 2000 yuan in 500 yuan; Engaged in fireworks wholesale business, punishable by a fine of 5000 yuan and 30 thousand yuan.

Fireworks are set off in the time, place and area where fireworks are prohibited, or in a way that endangers the personal and property safety of the public, the public security organ shall order it to stop and impose a fine of more than 500 yuan 100 yuan; Those who violate the administration of public security shall be punished according to law.

Units or individuals engaged in wedding and funeral services, in violation of the provisions of these measures, engaged in fireworks and firecrackers products, shall be ordered by the safety production supervision and management department to stop business activities and impose a fine of 20 thousand yuan; The designated customers who buy and set off fireworks and firecrackers shall be ordered by the public security organs to make corrections and be fined 1000 yuan to 5,000 yuan.

Hotels and hotel operators who undertake wedding services fail to fulfill their obligations as stipulated in Article 14 of these Measures, and set off fireworks and firecrackers for wedding activities, the public security organs shall impose a fine of 1000 yuan to 5000 yuan on the hotels and hotel operators.

State functionaries should take the lead in implementing the provisions prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers. In violation of the provisions of the fireworks, in addition to accepting administrative punishment, according to the seriousness of the case, by their units to give criticism and education, until the punishment.
