I. Recruitment Principles and Procedures

Open recruitment follows the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, adopts the examination and inspection method combining professional skills test with structured interview, and implements the "three publicity" system of open recruitment conditions, open inspection procedures and open inspection results.

This open recruitment work is carried out in accordance with the procedures of issuing recruitment announcement, registration, preliminary qualification examination, professional skill test, qualification review, structured interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment approval.

Second, the recruitment plan and position

Third, the recruitment target and application conditions

(1) Recruitment Target

IV. Registration and Qualification Examination

Structured interviewers are applicants who have passed the professional skills test and made it public.

The total score of structured interview is 100, accounting for 40% of the total score. The minimum qualified score of structured interview is 60 points, and those below 60 points will be disqualified from entering the next stage.

Candidates must hold a valid "Resident Identity Card" (including a valid temporary id card) and an "Admission Ticket" to participate in the structured interview. Other certificates cannot be substituted, and none of them can be quoted.

The structured interview site is located in the headquarters of Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities (Duyun Campus), and the time and related matters will be notified separately.

(three) the total score calculation and other matters

The total score of candidates is calculated according to the professional skill test accounting for 60% of the total score, and the structured interview accounting for 40% of the total score.

Professional skills test scores, structured interview scores and total scores are rounded to two decimal places.

Sixth, physical examination

According to the number of people in the job recruitment plan, the physical examination object is determined according to the proportion of the total score from high to low: 1: 1. Seven. survey

Candidates who pass the physical examination are determined as the objects of investigation, and the contents of the investigation mainly include the candidates' political thoughts, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and whether they need to be avoided. During the inspection, it is necessary to further verify whether the candidates meet the prescribed qualifications and confirm whether the information and materials submitted during registration and qualification review are comprehensive, true and accurate.

The investigation team organized by the personnel department of the college is responsible for the implementation. The investigation team consists of more than two people. Eight, publicity and employment approval

(2) Employment approval

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of New Personnel in Institutions of Guizhou Province (No.4 [2006] of Guizhou Province), if there is no objection during the publicity period, the employment examination and approval procedures shall be handled according to the regulations. The hired person signs a labor contract with the employer. The probation system is implemented in employment. After the probation period, those who pass the examination are officially employed, and those who fail the examination are cancelled.

If the incumbent has a contractual relationship with the original work unit, the contractual relationship shall be dissolved or terminated with the original unit before the new unit is formally employed.

The hired personnel shall report to the employer on time as required by the notice. Except for force majeure, those who fail to report for duty for more than 20 days will be disqualified.
