Going back to work in a small county after graduation may be a little uncomfortable at first, but after a long time, I still think it is better to work in a small county because there will be some advantages!

Small county towns are generally not very big, with a relatively small population, and the distance from home to work is not too far. Get up in the morning, have breakfast leisurely, and then go to work leisurely. Those who are close to the unit can walk to work; Further away, you can also go to work by bike; Furthermore, even if you need to drive, you can get there in a few minutes or even longer.

Second, life is more convenient, and all kinds of life needs can be better met.

In addition to the basic complete living facilities, education, medical care, culture and other supporting facilities are also the best in the county. There are various shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, fruit markets, clothing streets, snack streets, entertainment cities and so on. Everything you need at home can be easily bought in the county seat, which is especially convenient!

Third, working will be more comfortable and relaxed than working in a big city.

For example, working in county organs is mostly faced with grass-roots units, and the work of organs is easier than that of grass-roots units. Moreover, county organs are the ideal destination for many grass-roots staff, and the staff of organs have a sense of superiority envied by grass-roots staff. People who work in county-level enterprises have their work and life in one place, so they don't have to go out early and return late like people who live in county-level cities and work in other towns and villages, which is relatively easy.

I used to work and live in a small county for about five years, and then I went to a big city. Comparing the two, I still miss the working and living environment in the county. In my first few years in a big city, many aspects of my thoughts and life almost stayed in a small county. At that time, there were many relatives in the county, and there were more times to go back to the small county. So in those years, many daily necessities at home were bought in small counties.
